Production Manager Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for coordinating plant production and operational activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals are met. This role provides leadership to production personnel, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement while serving as a key interface between production, internal teams, and external customers.
