Job Description :

• Provide effective leadership and manage department to achieve the KPIs.
• Manage to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.
• Ensure effective application of the Manufacturing Way.
• Conduct regular Global Evaluation of Manufacturing Assessment.

• Adhere to state, local, and federal guidelines related to EOHS, Quality, and Regulatory.
• Communicate and implement the vision, mission, strategy, and objectives within the production.
• Identifies and communicates equipment capabilities and constraints

• Lead the systemic performance improvement and projects in department through effective systemic problem solving
• Ensure that process capability is optimised.
• Manage and develop staffs in team; create and maintain working environment
