Production Manager

Overview

We are working with a long established manufacturer who are looking to add an exceptional Production Manager to their team. This role would suit an experienced manager that understands safety critical manufacturing and wants to have ownership / make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for site production and OTIF delivery to customers
• Directly manage both team leaders and operators
• Liaise with other departments (Quality, Finance etc) as needed and be a key voice on the senior leadership team

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Suitable management qualification or experience
• The ability to communicate well at all levels.

Compensation

Salary up to £62,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
