Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Derby
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Shift allowance (8% mornings, 16% afternoons, 1.5 x Saturdays 2.0 x Sundays)
Working Hours: Mornings & Afternoons (06:00 - 16:30/12:00 - 22:00 + early finish on Friday)
Reporting To: Senior Operations Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Manager to join our client's rolling stock refurbishment team based in Derby. This role is critical to the efficient and safe running of operations and requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Operations Manager in overseeing production, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and delivering successfully against the client's deadlines.
