Tasks & responsibilities include:
Monitoring process conditions to ensure malting objectives are achieved. 

Work with supply chain coordinator to plan and schedule production batches.

Ensuring any breakdowns or perceived problems are communicated to the Maintenance Department promptly and then work closely with maintenance on troubleshooting;

Collaborating and liaising with other managers in establishing and implementing best practice routines.
