We have a fantastic opportunity to join our passionate and high‑performing Asphalt Production team in Wellington as a Production Manager. In this role you will oversee all aspects required to operate the Asphalt Production Businesses, to support the Regional Production Manager to manage the processes needed to run the business efficiently both day to day and also planning for the future of the assets maintenance and replacement.
Responsibilities
- Manage production of asphalt and ongoing maintenance of production facilities, with a focus on safety, quality and regulatory consents.
- Coordinate and maintain personnel training.
- Assist the Regional Production Manager with long‑term planning for maintenance and replacement of asphalt production assets.
