Production & Operations Leadership: Oversee production areas including biomaterials, machining, cleanroom operations, packaging, warehousing, and shipping. Manage supervisors and production staff while setting performance targets (volume, productivity, scrap rate, lead time). Ensure production plans meet demand forecasts and business targets.
