Kenect Recruitment are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our clients team. The role operates on a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off – 12-hour shifts with paid breaks, so you get paid for the full 12 hours.

You will be operating production machinery, handling and packing products, carrying out quality checks, and following food safety and hygiene standards to food manufacturing requirements. You will also support machine changeovers, basic maintenance, and work as part of a team to hit daily production targets.

The role may suit candidates who are comfortable standing for long periods and working around food-processing equipment.

Hours

4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour shifts). Breaks are paid.
