Impact Recruitment are looking for a permanent production operative to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role requires experience working to high levels of accuracy and completing volume manufacturing at past pace. This is a role that involves lots of autonomy and will allow you to progress.
You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.
Role: Production Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm
Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
Location: Northampton
Daily Duties:
Operating and using manufacturing equipment
Ensure all equipment is always kept clean
Confirming paperwork making sure they are correct
Working to strict procedures and processes
Using raw materials to manufacture products
Making sure completed jobs are quality checked
Complete paperwork as required
