This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for qualified candidates, offering weekly pay and strong long-term career potential.
**Pay & Schedule**
+ **Pay Rate:** $18.50/hour (Weekly Pay)
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday
**Shift Options**
+ **Training Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
+ **2nd Shift:** Start times between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Please note that overtime may be required based on production demands.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations related to electro-mechanical manufacturing
+ Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures, schematics, work instructions, and approved documentation
