Your Contribution

  • Process and analyze customer orders, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery requirements.

  • Plan and schedule production activities while monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.

  • Verify material availability, coordinate supplier orders, and monitor supplier performance.

  • Maintain accurate planning and stock levels in line with company guidelines and ERP/SAP data.

  • Manage customer communication regarding lead times, order follow-up, and reporting activities.

    • Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience in production planning, customer service, supply chain, or a similar manufacturing environment.

  • Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.

  • Fluent English and Italian language skills.
