Title: Production Planner

Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Summary:

The Production Planner will work with the production, purchasing, and sales teams to develop production schedules that align with product demand, customer expectations, and facility capabilities/constraints. The role will focus on planning in the mid-to-long term but will also work closely with the Production Scheduler to resolve issues and to ensure that short-term schedules align with overall production plans.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Develop production schedules for mid-to-long term time periods (4 weeks to 6 Months+) using internal resources and information.

Work with the Production Scheduler to ensure short term schedule aligns with the overall production plan and help problem solve issues as they arise.
