This role is a Production Superintendent responsible for organizing and scheduling production crew activities to meet clinker and cement output goals while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Prioritize, assign, and communicate tasks for the employees on the teams.
• Direct the production team and manage plant operations to achieve production goals, striving for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and supervise the performance of hourly employees, evaluate job performance, and communicate results.
