- Individual accountability for site HSE, Quality, Productivity, and Manufacturing Excellence objectives
- Ensure all aspects/standards of the Responsible Care Safety Program are met
- The Production Superintendent for Phosphine and Gases is the leader for the Phosphine and Gases Operations teams.
