Production Superintendent

Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Production Superintendent.
**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control.This role is responsible for supervising production supervisors, quality, warehouse, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring effective communication across shifts.
**Essential Functions**:- Effective management of the resources through Eaton Leadership Model.
- Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the Eaton Values and Philosophy and the Eaton Code of Ethics- Manages and directs all manufacturing activities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
