Production Superintendent - YPN

About the role

This permanent full-time role reports to the Production Manager YPN, and plays a critical part in managing the shift operations within the Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) plant. 

The position is responsible for the safe and effective execution of daily operations, as well as coordinating the interface between operations, maintenance, and projects. 

What you’ll do day-to-day 

• Lead and develop the shift superintendents, gatekeeper, and shutdown/turnaround coordinator through performance-based leadership and capability development, ensuring a skilled team prepared for normal operations, start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency scenarios
