Production Supervisor

Your Job As a Production Supervisor at Phillips‐Medisize, you will be a key leader on the production floor, ensuring that all manufacturing activities are executed efficiently to meet our customers' requirements in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
Your role involves maximizing both human and material resources within the production process, guided by the principles of Principle Based ManagementTM (PBM), while fostering team development and maximizing overall contribution.
