Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing or related fields.
• Experienced on Assembly and testing of electronic components.
• 70 % of English spoken

Main functions

• Establishing daily, weekly & monthly goals and communicating them to the subordinates
• Supervise and train employees
• Identify efficiency problems and suggest improvements
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities base on PMC schedules
• Send reports on performance and progress
