Role Purpose: The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting daily production activities to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role coordinates production schedules, supervises assembly personnel, monitors workflow and productivity, and ensures compliance with company procedures and customer specifications.
