Production Supervisor

Primary Function of Position:Achieve along with a functional team, performance goals for Production Line.The goals will include Safety Incidents, Absenteeism, Turnover, PL, DN, NCR, Scrap, Prod Plan, Efficiency, Hour's accuracy, Down time.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead or support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM.Work closely with all support departments to resolve daily production issues.Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System & Manufacturing.Perform Interviews, hire and train employees plan, assign and manage workload to monitor their development plans (TAP), reward and discipline employees, manage conflicts.Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency).
Onboarding, tracking requirements for new employees.Deploy and sustain IPS Initiatives (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI Program/RCA).
Motivate, provide expectations and feedback quarterly and on stan ups.Adress line support ...
