Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectationsEstablishes and maintains effective communication.Supports company policies and objectives and promote a union free environment.Communicate to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.Schedule all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follow up through completionEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE : (Education, special training and years of experience required.)- 3 - 5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering- 3 - 5 years previous experience in a leadership role.
