*Job Location:* Bethlehem, PA * Please note that this is a 2nd shift position. * * Summary: * This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overall production operations and standards within their shift of responsibility including maintaining production standards, meetings schedule conformance and coordinates activities concerned with the production of company products. * Responsibilities:* * Plans, directs, and coordinates production activities and priorities to obtain maximum efficiency of operations. * Address and resolve operational issues, employee conflicts, and customer concerns that arise during the shift.
