Production Supervisor
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and shop‑floor discipline.
Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and take action to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with safety practices, drive 5S, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Engineering).
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools.
Conduct daily Gemba walks and review shift reports.
Maintain accurate production records in ERP systems.
Support new product introductions, process validations, and training of operators.
Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
