**Your contribution**:- Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
- Align resources, monitor schedules, and adjust workflows to meet production targets and optimize output.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Enforce workplace safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-first culture.Ensure all products meet company and industry standards, working closely with quality teams to address any deviations.
**Your profile**:- English sdvanced- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing or production- Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and team management.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and EHS- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
