We are looking for a Production Lead  to provide structure, coordination, and technical direction within our Production function. 
This role ensures our cryogenic systems are built consistently and reliably, aligned with defined standards and timelines. The Production Lead works closely across Design, R&D, Project Management / Operations, and Procurement  to support coordinated production execution. 
The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical production experience, strong organizational capability, and confidence operating across multiple stakeholders.
