Production Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesOversees and organizes all operational activities during normal production for the responsible area.Leads all team members to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, and related documents.Assists with the implementation of lean methodology and health, safety & environment practices.Coordinates maintenance issues with the maintenance department and oversees safety during maintenance when necessary.Works with other personnel to complete equipment isolation, flushing, replacement, inspection, commissioning, and related activities.Communicates with team members on all issues.Provides performance evaluation input to the supervisor.May serve as backup for positions in a shift group.Works under limited supervision for non‐routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.Trains, delegates, and reviews the work of lower‐level empl...
