Production Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesOversees and organizes all operation activities during normal production for the responsible area.Leads all team members to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, etc.Assists with implementation of lean methodology and/or health, safety & environmental practices.Coordinates maintenance issues with the maintenance department and oversees safety during maintenance if necessary.Works with other personnel to complete equipment isolation, flushing, replacement, inspection, commissioning, etc.Communicates with team members on all issues.Provides performance evaluation input to supervisor.May serve as a backup to positions in a shift group.Works under limited supervision for non‐routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.Trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower‐level employees.Handles problems that are typically di...
