Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all personnel under your supervision.
- Ensure that quality, cost, and delivery time objectives are met in the product manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Production Area's Process Control Plans.
- Responsible for generating production reports, FTQ, OE, Srap, etc.
- Schedule overtime as needed.
- Conduct 5 Whys related to safety and quality.
- Monitor indirect material consumption in the Tool Crib.
- Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat platform.
- Ensure a customer‑centric approach is promoted.

Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
