Job Description- Oversee night shift operations.
- Manage optics production and lead a team of skilled leaders, technicians, and operators.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams to meet production KPIs, including OTD, quality (yield and scrap), employee efficiency, and cost control.
- Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct MRB reviews with the Engineering team to make decisions on defective products.
- Validate and approve Time Management System records for production staff.
