Production Supervisor

BASIC FUNCTION:

To manage all aspects of the production process as well as relevant personnel to ensure that quality products are being produced in a safe and efficient manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Hands on production supervisory experience: 3 years preferred ideally with background in injection molding or plastics extrusion.

Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

Ability to lift 60 lbs.

High School graduate or GED.

The ability to communicate (read, write, speak) clearly in English.

The ability to work overtime and/or flexible schedules including occasional weekends, as needed, to meet production demands.

Knowledge of safe work rules.

Must have good organization skills.
