Requirements & Qualifications 1.Min3 to 6 Years Experience in Application Production support. 
2.Handson experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application relatedproblems on production, Incident Analysis & resolution, and RCA related toApplication. 
3.Manageoutsourced vendors to ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelinesare in accordance of Remedy Timelines 
4.Handson experience in ensuring the resolution for Production issues is accurate andwithin SLA. 
5.Experiencein work flow maintenance and Configuration. Exposure banking domain would be anadded advantage.
