Ability to troubleshoot failed batch jobs and programs
Provide production support for the main client deposit system Depo
Support the nightly batch on an oncall basis
Investigate and resolve any technical issues incidents or processing anomalies occurring in the batch
Provide the response and required explanation for any user inquiry related to the apps including account and interest statements
Provide data extractions on balances accounts and transactions users may request
Perform analysis for enhancements to be developed
Provide estimates for developments and testing efforts
