Main Responsibilities
- Perform production line setups and changeovers
- Execute tool changes and configure extrusion equipment
- Set up auxiliary equipment (ers, driller units, coilers)
- Optimize machine performance to meet OEE targets (Performance, Availability, Scrap)
- Ensure production lines meet technical and output requirements
- Input order and parameter specifications into MES
- Assist with production planning and scheduling in SAP
- Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis
