Production Technician

• Fulltime permanent position with demonstrated career growth located in Coolaroo
• 12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off – days & nights) with scheduled leave included every 7 weeks

Reporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in operating, monitoring and maintaining large-scale machinery in a continuous manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop strong technical skills over time, supported by a structured training program.

What You Will Do:

• Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targets
• Troubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime
• Carry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities
