- Set up and operation of all equipment used to aseptically fill a vial.
- All equipment that a technician is expected to know the basic operation of by 1 year of employment.
- Component Preparation: Setup/Operation of Parts Washer and Component Sterilizer.
- Filling Line: Setup/Operation of inline Vial Washer, Dehydrogenation Tunnel, Filling Machine, Isolator, Capping Machine.
- Lyophilization: Setup/Operation of Automatic Loading and Unloading System by Transfer Cart, Lyophilizes.
- Tray-Off: Setup/Operation of rotary turntable/conveyor for placing sealed vials onto trays...
