Production Technician
The Production Technician is an essential frontline role responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of chemical processing equipment within the plant. This position involves monitoring process parameters, performing routine checks, executing operations, and adhering strictly to all safety and quality regulations to ensure the production of high-quality chemical products.
Responsibilities- Zero Deviation Safety & Stop Work Authority
Owns and enforces the 'No Tolerance to Deviation' and Stop Work Authority policies in their daily activities, understand and follow the 3 Core Commitments. Responsible for implementing and enforcing all established company/site policies and operational procedures without deviation, escalating to Production Supervisor if challenges are discovered at implementing them.
