Product/Process Engineer - Ceramic Core

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving technical excellence within a highly specialised manufacturing environment, supporting both new and existing product lines while contributing to continuous improvement and operational performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Core Technical Manager, you will take technical ownership of a portfolio of ceramic core products, ensuring they meet stringent dimensional, quality, and production requirements.

You’ll be instrumental in improving manufacturing processes, reducing scrap and rework, and supporting the introduction of more complex, high-performance products.
