Position Summary

The Professional Education Lead for Surgery Spain is responsible for defining and executing the professional education strategy that strengthens clinical adoption, customer capability, and business growth across the Surgery portfolio in Spain. This role leads the design and delivery of high‑impact educational programs for healthcare professionals, translating clinical and commercial priorities into relevant learning experiences. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Strategic Accounts, Legal, Compliance, and external faculty to ensure education activities are strategically aligned, operationally excellent, and fully compliant.
