Responsibilities
- Perform tasks on a diversified range of engineering fields; mainly on metallics and chemical processes.
- Lead research & development projects on environmentally compliant Materials & Processes; knowledge of environmental regulations such as REACH is an asset.
- Develop material qualification test plans, work with internal and external laboratories, analyze results and write test reports.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and manufacturing technique sheets.
- Collaborate with Production, Methods, Quality & Logistics to resolve day-to-day production issues that are related to materials and processes.
