Program Ambassador (AMI)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Supervisor, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, the Program Ambassador serves as a passionate and knowledgeable representative of the Region’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure project, dedicated to promoting its mission, engaging with participants, and enhancing the overall experience. Acting as a bridge between the program and its community, the ambassador actively supports outreach efforts, facilitates communication, and provides valuable feedback to improve program delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge and understanding of the Region’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure program
• Support project stakeholders in maintaining and creating external communications and associated materials (customer service scripts, print materials, website content), including providing recommendations to improve content (accuracy, clarity, address FAQ).
