Summary This position is part of the War Media Activity. The incumbent oversees the account management of all WEB.mil webhosting customers and the cost management for all WEB.mil business activities. Primary coordinator, reviewer, consultant, and accounts and costs manager for WEB.mil customer base of 1,000+ distinct, interoperable web sites. Conducts cost analyses and develops cost models to fund customer webhosting and any special projects. Responsibilities As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-13 some of your typical work assignments may include: Master of rate and budget formulation, cost accounting, and customer-reimbursement transactions. Deep understanding of financial management and reporting. Maintain program financial stability which is a critical responsibility is ensuring the fund maintains a net positive cash balance to avoid Anti-Deficiency Act violations.
