Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Watervliet Arsenal is an Army-owned & operated manufacturing center located in NY. Responsibilities Supports and develops implementation plans of the Command Group's policies and programs. Assigns, tasks, and provides guidance to staff offices in response to urgent and routine requests for information and recommendations on issues of operations, current events, strategy, plans, command and control issues. Coordinates Operations Summary and Operational Calendars by facilitating Operations meetings.
