Summary This position serves as a Program Analyst for the Health Eligibility Center's Enrollment Standardization Office (ESO). This position is within the Community Veteran Engagement Team (CVET) on the Communications, Research, and Outreach Scheduling team. The Community Veteran Engagement Team (CVET) is responsible for the coordination of HEC/VHA Enrollment and Eligibility participation in outreach activities at the national and local levels. Responsibilities The Program Analyst provides oversight reports, guidance, and monitoring of VISN eligibility. and enrollment programs at all VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and VA Clinics performing Veteran eligibility and enrollment outreach functions within the assigned VISN. Advises, compiles, analyzes, and synthesizes VISN enrollment program performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
