Under the direction of the Sr. Manager Workforce, the Workforce Coordinator implements and is accountable for overseeing the hiring of the Oregon Medical Group and Oregon Clinical Programs support caregivers into the Centralized Staffing Team. Responsible for delivering business value through effective coordination of services, this position is responsible for working with Talent Acquisition, Centralized Staffing Team Leaders, Clinic leaders and Workforce Education for the hiring and onboarding processes. This position is responsible for analyzing the needs of the medical group to determine the predictive hiring levels for each position in the Centralized Staffing Team in partnership with clinic leaders.
