Program Coordinator Supervisor

We are seeking a Planning & Control leader with a strong strategic and operational mindset, responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper execution of planning processes within the ERP system, preventing supply chain risks such as overproduction, excess inventory, or delayed planned orders.This position will serve as the main escalation point for both customers and internal departments, providing guidance and support to the planning team.Responsibilities: Monitoring and presenting key KPIs (Past Due, Confirmation Dates, Excess, Push Outs, among others) Defining priorities and workload distribution.Training new team members,and driving continuous improvement initiatives within planning processes.Will be responsible for promoting a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, international business, industrial engineering, or a related field is required.At least 4 years of experience with customer servic...
