Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent programs, launches, and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risk trackers, and execution frameworks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and proactively follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, escalation risks, and process gaps and work cross-functionally toward resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with operations, training, workforce management, HR, quality, technology, and leadership teams.
