We are seeking an interim Program Director to lead our Surgical team. Reporting to the Vice President Clinical, the Program Director of Surgical Services provides strategic leadership oversight for the delivery of the Surgical Services portfolio (Surgical In‑patient Units, Out‑patient Clinics, Acute Pain Service, Bariatrics & NSQIP) delivering quality patient care services that meets legal, regulatory, and professional requirements aligned with corporate goals and objectives. The Program Director sets the program’s strategic direction in collaboration with the Chief/Physician Director to support and promote the use of best practices within Humber River Health.

Substantive education in a related clinical discipline, clinical experience in acute services coupled with at least five years management experience working with a medical dyad partner and experience in business planning...
