SAIC is seeking a Program Human Resources Analyst to support an effort in **Chantilly, VA.** This position will support civilian recruiting and processing activities for a new and dynamic effort. The job requires familiarity with multiple DoD and IC organizations, processes, and satellite systems. To perform the role the successful candidate must:
+ Implement and deliver HR best practices; resolve HR issues when they arise.
+ Plan, track, and drive to closure all HR tasks and products.
+ Maintain action tracking process and tools; manage status; provide metrics.
+ Monitor and coordinate correspondence, reports, and related items related to Human Resources.
+ Effectively communicate with leadership status of HR activities.
+ Track, write, and coordinate awards and nominations.
+ Support all business processes and business rhythm.
