AWS Professional Services is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Program Manager to serve as the AWSome Awards Ambassador. This role supports promoting and managing the program within the organization and is essential to building a culture of gratitude that reaches every builder. In this hands-on role, you'll drive participation, review and shortlist nominees, and coordinate approval mechanisms with ProServe leadership. You'll work cross-functionally with the Recognition Team, HR, Communications, and ProServe leadership to ensure the program celebrates employee contributions meaningfully and maintains a consistent experience across the organization.
