Position Description: Reporting to the Regional Program Manager, you will provide strategic and compassionate leadership to our Embassy Commons program. Rooted in Indwell’s core values of dignity, love, and hope, you will steward the mission by cultivating a well‑functioning interdisciplinary team and workplace to foster supportive housing programs for residents and tenants who live with complex mental health diagnoses, dual diagnoses, substance use, and recent experiences of chronic homelessness. This role requires a resilient, creative, and relational leader who thrives in dynamic environments and carries a hopeful outlook for transformation in both individuals and systems.
